We all know someone who makes it their mission to take care of everyone else, but rarely takes time for themselves. Maybe it’s a parent or friend or co-worker. Maybe it’s you. Whoever it is, give the gift of self-care to someone who deserves to take a break from helping the world, and spend a little time on themselves.

Slippers – Cozy slippers to warm the feet and heart.
Shower Melts – “But I don’t have the time to soak in a bath!” Here’s the solution! Aromatic shower melts to calm and de-stress.
Calm Bath Salts – Take a detox bath in a tub full of ylang ylang and vanilla, to add to the calming bathing experience.
Eye Mask – Napping is my favorite form of self-care, and an eye-mask can help with just that. This mask is also contoured, so there’s no pressure on your eyes to interrupt your relaxation.
Hidrate Smart Water Bottle – Hydration is the first step in proper care for anyone! Not only is this water bottle pretty and reusable, it tracks your water intake and reminds you to stay hydrated. Smart!
Cozy Robe – It’s kinda hard to unwind if you’re in uncomfortable attire. A cozy robe can help with that!
Beats Wireless Headphones – Weather you’re trying to dampen the sounds around you, listen to your favorite song, or chant along with a meditation app, these wireless headphones are perfect!
Diffuser – I love having diffusers around the house. I can pop in a citrus-y scent to wake me up or soothing lavender to send me to dream land. They’re versatile and an easy way to help with my mood.
Weighted Blanket – I want one of these so bad! It’s supposed to feel like a comforting hug, helping you relax and sleep deeper.
Bamboo Tub Tray – If you’re going to soak your day away, you should have a tub tray to hold your drink and book too!
Sleep & Calming Tea – Sip your stress away with this calming tea.
Stress Relief Room Spray – Need a quick pick-me-up (or calm-me-down)? Spritz this room spray to help relieve stress.
Lavender Neck Wrap Gift Set – Filled with flax seed and lavender, this neck wrap can be heated to relax tight muscles or chilled to relieve pain and swelling.

What’s your favorite method of self care?
